This stunning brunette garnered 28% of the vote, with runner-up McDreamy (Patrick Dempsey) of “Grey’s Anatomy” a distant second (12%), and other hotties pulling only single digits.

Medical drama “House” ran away with the coveted “Most Popular” honor receiving 42% of the Yahoo! TV user votes. Clearly fans loved the staffing dilemma that spawned the cutthroat competition between fellowship candidates. Highly-rated hits “Grey’s Anatomy” and “CSI” were a distant second with 20% each, and “Dancing with the Stars” followed with 10%. In last place, “Desperate Housewives” garnered 8% of the vote, prompting the important question, “What’s up Wisteria Lane?”

He didn’t get his nickname for nothing. McSteamy from “Grey’s Anatomy” charmed 40% of Y! TV users into selecting him as the “Biggest Flirt” this Fall. In a tie for 2nd place, Gaby from “Desperate Housewives” and Barney from “How I Met Your Mother” couldn’t even compete with their combined total of 30%. Although McSteamy’s flirtatious powers aren’t getting him very far with the obviously uninterested Dr. Hahn, we’re pretty sure his mojo is still intact.

With 27% of the vote, “Gossip Girl’s” queen bee of Manhattan’s Upper East Side Blair Waldorf is Y! TV users’ favorite new meanie. Don’t let that doll-like face fool you, ’cause B will bully, manipulate and intimidate to keep her spot atop the popularity food chain. Butt-kicking bad girl Sarah Corvus of “Bionic Woman” came in a close second with 23% of the vote. Surprisingly, the Devil himself (“Reaper”) couldn’t rock the evil like the ladies and made a weak (16%) showing for third.
